Amplifying that wonderful feeling now…

From now on whenever I say the word ‘ecstasy’

you will feel these feelings automatically!

Stage 2: feeling loved.

Now I’d simply invite you to go back to a marvellous time…

it may have effected your sexuality,

your relationships,

your physical health…

recall that time of unconditional loving acceptance…

when you are fully back in that time…

see what you saw and notice something new…

hear what you heard in a way that amplifies these feelings…

and feel that flow of joyous feelings within you…

Welling up from the deepest core of who you really are…

Amplify those feelings to their most perfect pitch!

What colour best represents these blissful feelings?

Let that colour glow, spread, intensify
